December 31, 2016: Day 1
Instead of listing down my new year’s resolution and not doing it yet again like what happens every year, I have decided to make it very simple by focusing on completing one task everyday. I call it New Day’s Resolution.
My New Day’s Resolution is to Run up the mountain for 30 minutes or more as part of my strengthening because of my injured back last November 16, 2016. I am documenting my journey to return to work while giving out insights on a very simple concept of small wins.
Basically it’s making a daily habit. A good habit together with it’s ups and downs like my life as an OFW here in Hong Kong.
And then ultimately inspiring viewers that ” If I can do this, YOU CAN, too! ”
I can tell everyone how to do it but I am opting now to just show it to you.
